Echo Music
Its been crazy over the last few months, recording my new album (more info soon) and the newest venture in my life, Echo Music.
Echo Music is a jazz brand. It aimsto provide a go-to hub for jazz fans in Cardiff and South Wales and a link to the wider UK jazz community.
Musician-led, we organise and promote events across the city, from regular local gigs to special Grammy award-winning artists’ concerts and workshops..
We are always looking to share our knowledge with the next generation of musicians. We offer a full range of educational services, specialising in performance skills and ensemble workshops,
The artistic creativity and core values within jazz are extremely relevant in society today. One of the most attractive aspects of jazz is the social nature of the music. It celebrates diversity, communication and community.

New things
After a summer of adventure and inspiration, with lessons off Ben Wendel and Miguel Zenon at Siena International Jazz Festival and travels across Norway, a new residency is on the cards with Tuk Tuk and a tour is in the process of being organised.

Tuk Tuk EP Launch
To celebrate the release of my groups first EP, Tuk Tuk, we had a very successful launch night. A packed Dempseys crowd where very welcoming and responsive to our material and I’m extremely proud with how the night went. To all that attended, the biggest of thanks.
A massive thank you also to Jessy Zschorn, our photographer for the evening. She’s provided us with some amazing visual memories of the evening.

They’re here! After the most creative and productive few months of my musical career, I have my first CD. It feels a bit strange, but I can’t wait to share them with you all.

I am very excited to announce the release of the Digital Download on my Tuk Tuk EP at the tiny price of £4 available at Bandcamp. It’s been in the pipeline for a while and I can’t tell you how happy I am for it to be here. The physical copy is currently being printed and will be available from April 11th for the humble price of £5 (plus £1 Postage).
Recorded on January 28th/29th 2016 at Fieldgate Studio, Penarth, Wales.
